Man Inspired By Cartoon Attempts to Rob Bank

This is definately the funniest headline we've ever come across here at Wutha! A 21 year old man in the Philippines tryed unsuccessfully to rob a bank in a "robot suit". He walked into the Philippines National Bank of Manila and demanded cash, wearing a home-made suit created from plates of metal and car engine parts. After the bank employees realized that he did not have an actual weapon, the room erupted with laughter as the man became embarrassed and ran away. Police quickly caught him (since his suit weighed 300 pounds). He claimed to be inspired by a cartoon popular in the Philippines known as Mobile Suit Gundam.

Robber Makes Getaway After Daring Heist

Ok this is kind of funny if you imagine what it must have looked like, but probably terrifying for the bank clerk. A man in the town of Pharr, Texas robbed a bank using the drive-thru lane. He drove through the lane at Lone Star National Bank and demanded an unknown amount of cash from the teller. The teller gave him the money and he drove off. But get this, he didn't even have a weapon! Police are still investigating.
